Exhaustion, pressure to perform, and constant comparison characterize the daily lives of many people. In Agent of Joy, Milka Loff Fernandes, former VIVA presenter and Emotional Health Ambassador, why joy is not a soft emotion, but a Inner attitude, which can provide orientation and stability.
In this reading, she connects selected passages from her book with personal experiences from over 20 years of media work and societal analysis – clear, reflective, and without self-optimization rhetoric. The focus is on mental health, self-worth, and the question of how we can remain capable of action when external demands increase.
The reading will be complemented by a discussion and time for questions from the audience.
An evening for everyone who feels that simply functioning isn't enough – and is open to new perspectives.
