In this reading, she connects selected passages from her book with personal experiences from over 20 years of media work and societal analysis \u2013 clear, reflective, and without self-optimization rhetoric. The focus is on mental health, self-worth, and the question of how we can remain capable of action when external demands increase.<\/p>\n
